Burmese Bulletin October 2019

 All, and welcome to October edition of the Burmese Bulletin.

There’s a bucket load of cat show results this time round. There are the results from Mid Island Cat Show(as promised last time), New Zealand Nationals, Hamilton Cat Club, Geyserland Cat Club, Shorthair Cat Breeders, Auckland Cat Club (Entire Kittens only however), Hutt Feline, Canterbury All Breeds, and Dominion Cat Club. Many thanks to Christine Yeung for sending through the North Island results and Nikki Growcott for providing the South Island results.

Also, it’s coming up to voting time for Club President so please be sure to make your vote count using the enclosed voting form.

So, it’s been a busy time lately as you’ll find we now have a new website. Currently it’s limited in content and ideas so we’re calling on you ( the membership) to tell us what you want from your site.

There’s alot that we need to be copy-written so if you’re handy with the pen (and I know there some of you that are very good with the written word :-)), we really need an information section describing the Burmese (and related breeds) on the site, as well as an area outlining the Standards of Points. There’s alot to do. Photos of Burmese doing Burmesey things would be a valuable asset too! Email webmaster@burmesecatclub.nz if you wish to get involved.
